Our Enhanced Community Outreach (ECO) Service is strictly confidential and aims to help local people, living in the Borough of Islington, who are experiencing difficulties gaining access to services to address their substance misuse issues.

Assessment and referral if you wish to access support and treatment. · Help you change your street life-style. · Provide you with health care and harm minimisation advice. · Work with you through agreed care plans, so that you can take steps towards change.
Referrals to detoxification, rehabilitation, prescribing services, GPs, needle exchanges, and day programmes.
Provide support through local community drop in clinics.
We work with anyone over the age of 18 who has a drug or alcohol issue and lives in or uses the Borough of Islington including among other:- · Black and minority ethnic (BME) groups. · Women. · Gay, lesbian, bi-sexual and transgender individuals. · People over the age of 60.
